Mañana Blend
This blend was created to replicate a blend that stood out to me that was from a coffee shop in Austin, Texas called ‘Mañana’. It is very versatile in the way of brew style, although I prefer it in an espresso based drink. Our Mañana blend is currently 50% washed Guatemala, giving a sugarcane baseline, and 50% washed Ethiopia, which bring the counterpoint of bright citrus and floral jasmine.
